Teachers of any subject who are interested in empowering students to have complex academic conversations based on rigorous texts should attend this interactive session that will engage teachers in the preparation for and implementation of a Socratic Seminar. The presenter will share protocols, tools, and resources for using the strategy in their classroom as well as model the faciliation of a seminar on creating and contributing to a learning culture in our classrooms and schools.
