Teachers interested in implementing Weight training curriculum and practices into their daily lessons. We will discuss strategies, logistics, and simple programming ideas to help teachers have tangible solutions to implementing strength training into P.E courses. Lesson will be on resistance training practices within a P.E curriculum. This will benefit teachers and departments who do not have a structured or unified approach to their weight room hours and times.
