Chula Vista High School

This session is for teachers who are coteaching/ are interested in the benefits of coteaching and/or working with kids with IEP's in the General Education setting. We will present different models of coteaching with examples of each in our classroom. We will present our routine of SEL/DOL/ and strategies for student engagement. This presentation will benefit teachers who want to see examples of effective team teaching and learn strategies on how to share responsibilities in the Coteach environment. There will also be examples of ways to scaffold reading and writing assignments to ensure all students can access grade level curriculum standards.
