I'll share a unique routine for classroom observation and debriefs that centers solely on elevating productive teaching practices. Attendees will delve into the framework and logistics of the affirming learning walk routine and experience it first hand by practicing it with fellow participants. I'll also share the voices of SUHSD teachers who have experienced the walks firsthand. If you're a middle or high school teacher interested in facilitating or participating in classroom observations you should come and learn more about affirming learning walks! Teachers will walk away with the experience of an affirming learning walk, know how to conduct them, and the forms used during the protocol.
