Those who would like to attend would learn the different dynamics between Kindness and Firmness when interacting with their students. Having a balance of the two and the awareness of how to impose firmness with students can build the gap between the sometimes disconnect between student and teacher. Staff will walk away with psychoeducation on attachment styles, communication strategies, and skills that can allow for them to feel more connected with their students. Additionally, staff will gain insight to how they respond to difficult situations with their students in order to be more effective and experience less internal distress due to having new skills.
